Education : S1 all major, S2 will be advantaged
Age : Around 39 y-o
Exposure :
8 years in the similar area, preferred from multinational company (consumer good / automotive industry)

Expertise :

  • Perform an outcome to developing and implementing organization’s remuneration policy
  • Focus on up-to-date design and rolls competitive C & B Programs
  • Establish reliable organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff

Job Description :
  • Provide & responsible for implementing compensation policy
  • Proposes the need to participate and/or conduct compensation surveys to determine market competitiveness level
  • Analysis of market and organization compensation and benefit data
  • Initiates all corporate C&B programs And able to provide advice to Top Management
  • Designs and rolls competitive C&B programs
  • Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
  • Perform job analysis and evaluation exercise, the merit increase program, administration of benefits and perquisites
  • Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector
  • Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement
  • Managing the payroll system; developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation
