Responsibilities:

Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, Cash flow and CAPEX)
Oversee the office administrative function
Deliver accurate results for monthly closing and meet all reporting deadlines
Ensure compliance to internal controls and statutory financial and legal framework
Assist in the budgeting process
Handle Company’s tax matters and statutory filing

Responsibilities:

Job Purpose:
Designing and delivering a comprehensive strategy for Shariah Banking as well as driving the Shariah banking business forward which align to vision and mission of The Bank

Key Resposibilities
Strategically responsible for developing the overall business strategy in the financial services sector by Developed long term strategic and short term implementation plan for Shariah business unit both conventional and Shari’ah compliant businesses

Lead the financial product development and implementation, including the product marketing and distribution strategies as well as its financing and collection policies, prepared the infrastructure, resources and operational requirements for an effective and efficient Sharia Business Unit within specified budget and timeframe.

Managed and collaborated with various different areas of the Bank’s and obtained their supports. Initiate and develop synergies within the bank to gain market captives and to enhance presence in the financial market

Establish assets & liabilities national cooperative with formal endorsement by National Shariah Board - Indonesian Council of Ulama and established Performance model to ensure there is no conflict of interests

Built relationships with Shariah Banks and FI's and assisted banking regulator in formulating and implementing the Shariah Banking to extended responsibilities in managing non-financial projects in the scope of business development with focus on fattening business cycles

Requirements:

Minimum S1 from reputable University
Minimum 7 years experience in related field
Ability to formulate, articulate and execute strategy
Understanding of customer experience/needs with regard to key products and services
Providing sound understanding of market, product and channel economics.
Strong strategic acumen coupled with strong execution capability
Influence, persuasion, conflict resolution & negotiation
Project management, being able to deliver against tight timeframes under pressure
