Responsibilities:

Main Duties :
Develop implements and/or maintains one or a combination of cost accounting systems. Prepares journal entries; maintains and reconciles ledger accounts. Collects data, allocates costs and prepares reports on labor, equipment, depreciation, assembly or other operating expenses, ensuring that established procedures are followed. Prepares financial statements and variance reports as requested. May do analysis and prepare special reports. May interpret reports and records for managers. May be involved in reviewing, tracking and maintaining cost accounting system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX and other accounting regulations.

Job Description:
Maintains and analyzes standard cost system
Analysis of inventory balances and cycle count results
Performs Balance Sheet and P&L account reviews
Completes special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager & Controller
Prepare monthly close process to include journal entries and reconciliations
Organizes cost accounting functions prior to physical inventory and produces cost accounting and operating reports
In charge for 3 year plan TMC and FOH budget process
Ensure achievement of company objective on financial matters including inventory
Prepare reports required by SOX

Requirements:

Min. 5 years working experience in the same field as Manager level
Bachelor Degree (preferable certified/registered accountant) in Accounting
Male / Female with max 35 years old
Excellent analytical and previous experience in using MFG Pro is preferred.
Problem solving skill
Ability to maintain ConfidentialityAble to work with minimum supervision and under pressured
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Flexibility in working hours, enthusiasm
