Responsibilities:
Ensure day to day physical movement such as clearance, materials supply and distribution meet agreed customers’ expectations
Plan short term capacity for storage, handling and transportation to cope with demand and supply fluctuation. Actively anticipate special occation such as holidays and rainy/flood seasons and any changes of inventory position
Plan medium/long term capacity that fits to company’s strategic plan
Manage relationship with third party logistics service provider
Implement and audit control system for both quality and financial. Ensure all complaints are followed through until the best possible recoveries
Work together with Procurement for sourcing, lead contract development, and execute the contract for company’s benefit.
Initiate, lead and/or participate in cost savings and/or service improvement initiatives with LSP’s and/or other companies such as non-competing FMCG, suppliers or customers

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university
3 years in warehousing, distribution and customs clearing procedures
Sound analytical skills and Inventory Management
Communication, Interpersonal Skill, and Basic Problem Solving Skills
Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG
