Specific Requirement:

  1. To perform secretarial duties that include composing letters, memorandum,   translation, updating and maintaining calendar, coordinating meetings, developing and maintaining filing system, stationers, maintaining records and preparing reports.
  2. Strong filing and organizing skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
  3. Must be able to work well in a team and willing to work hard with excellent communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to keep confidentiality and be flexible, independent, and could prioritize and manage multi assignments.
  5. Has the ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressure.

General Requirements:
