Responsibilities:
Memimpin seluruh aktivitas cabang dari front end (sales), middle end (credit & collection) dan back end (Operations & AR Management).
Bertanggung jawab dalam mengembangkan strategi penjualan pada lokasi bisnis di cabangnya sesuai dengan target lending & keuntungan (profit) yang telah ditentukan.
Bertanggungjawab & memastikan operasional Cabang berjalan secara lancar, efektif, efisien dan sesuai prosedur yang berlaku
Bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga AR Loss yang ada di cabang agar profit cabang dapat terjaga pada situasi aman dengan target AR Loss di bawah 1 %.
Membangun dan mengembangkan cabang serta menjalin hubungan dengan dealer dan showroom otomotif

Requirements:
Usia maksimal 35 tahun
Pendidikan minimal S1
Memiliki pengalaman di bidang marketing untuk perusahaan pembiayaan mobil dan/atau motor min. 5 tahun
Memiliki relasi yang luas dan kuat dengan dealer dan showroom otomotif
Menguasai komputer, khususnya MS Office
Memiliki pengalaman memimpin tim
Memiliki motivasi tinggi dan mampu bekerja dengan target
Memiliki jejaring luas dan menguasai daerah yang dilamar
Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia.
