PT Supellex seeks a professional male with at least 5 years experience in accounting and financial reporting.

We are seeking an experienced candidate who has excellent organizational skills to manage the daily administrative operations of a growing architectural and interior design practice that services the corporate sector.

General Administration / Financial Reporting
(Jakarta Raya)

You will be expected to:
Compiling, verify documents & manage all filing documents such as : Invoice/Surat Jalan (DO), Faktur Pajak, PPh 23.
Manage & prepare all documents necessary for all payments such as : Utilities, and all projects & company expenditures.
Liaising with Accounting/Tax Consultant, IT, and Other Consultant for extending company and expats documents.
Travelling as requested such as : Banking, etc
Prepare Faktur Pajak for clients.
Prepare monthly petty cash report, project expenses (A/P), management expenses and pph 23 report.
Prepare monthly employees attendance report
Assist Managing Director in managing, their time for meetings, travel arrangement, making an appointment and follow up daily duties, etc.
Manage filing,phone call, outgoing and incoming fax and email
Maintain data base of company’s vendors, suppliers, contractors and clients
Maintain company marketing collateral – printed matter, brochures, CD’s
Co-ordinate with the architectural staff to acquire and expedite quotations form suppliers and vendors
Oversee the procurement of company resources – equipment, stationary, furniture
Manage 3 Office Boy

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.

You will have a staff of three (two general administration assistants and one accountant) and report directly to the managing director.
