A Multinational Mining Service Company is seeking skilled, experienced, and qualified professionals for the following position:

SITE HR OFFICER (HR)
EHS / SAFETY ADVISOR (EHS)

To qualify for the post, the applicants need to have minimum requirements as follows:

Bachelor degree (S1) from any engineering major and/or Occupational health and Safety (EHS) and Management / Economics / Human Resources / Law Management/Psychology (HR)

Having 3-5 years experience as Safety Officer at a mining, O&G industries, manufacturing and/or heavy equipment industry (EHS) and Min 4 years experience in the field (Payroll, Petty cash, Logistic, General Affair, Jamsostek, Law of labor & Recruitment (HR)

Preference will be given to the candidate who is currently holding these positions

Max age of 35 years and Familiar with ISO18001 and ISO14001 (EHS)

Trained and certified K3 (General, EHS)

English and computer literacy are a must for both positions.

Ready to work at the site / field office on a roster scheme.

Job description:

To understudy the local Indonesian requirements and tax systems, the overseas partners, and specific client reporting and to marry these requirements to suit the business;
Understudy the available Accounts system and marry them with overseas partner and various Client Reporting requirements;
Understudy the tax filing requirements and ensure timely execution;
Takeover the high level governance of the Business D/A;
Maintain and manage Petty Cash disbursement;
Smoothen funds transfer processes;
Address all matters of Funding, PL projections; budgets etc both for AAECS itself and for new businesses;
Manage Company Cash Flow;
Manage client’s accounts interface in the specific manner as agreed with the client;
Raise timely invoicing/requisition for cash, reimbursements, reminders/chasers, and monitor income and receipts;
Arrange and carry out tax audits as required;
Ensure processes are kept simple yet effective to ward off any uncalled-for liabilities;

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Minimum 10 years extensive Tax and Accounting experience in multinational company
Have experience working with Expats (Singaporean, Indian, Australian, etc)
Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a must
Computer literate
Experience working in Multinational companies would be advantage
Can set up new systems and develop accounting system
able to work under pressure and multitask
