Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring in Law (preferably) , Management, Business Administration with at least 5 years experience in recruitment, personnel administration & documentation, legal employment, HR policies & regulations, employee relations, compensation & benefit.
Preferably male; mature (age: 30-40); excellent administrative skills; ability to negotiate and mediate; good interpersonal & communication skills; good team-player; analytical skill; flexibility; willing to travel out of town frequently
