Production Line Jr. Manager (code PLjM:XII/08)

General Requirements:
1. Preferably Male, 27 - 35 years old.
2. S1 Chemical Engineering.
2. Has > 3 years experience working in Production.
3. Has > 2 years supervisory experience.
4. Knowledgeable on:
- Production process & machinery.
- Safety implementation at field.
- MRP processes.
- Operation Management Skills.
5. Experience in Problem solving, Decision Making & Good leadership
skills.
7. Experienced in Goal & Result orientation scheme.
6. Good English (written & oral).
7. Computer literate.

Condition:
1. Status: Permanent position
2. Experience in Line Performance efficiencies.
3. Knowledgeable on specific waste rate matters.
4. Production reliability.
5. Multi inter-departments reporting experience.
5. Range of Salary: Rp6 - Rp8 million (gross)
