Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from any
  • Experience as Area Sales Manager or at Regional Area for at least 5 years at MNC (Automotive or FMCG)
  • Strategic Planer and Decision Maker
  • Mature with Assertive character
  • Good leadership as well as administrative skill
  • Base on Jakarta

Job description:
  • Handle Sumatera area (1) and Jabodetabek (2)
  • Strong qualification of B to C (Business to Consumer) experienced; attack market/consumers, do sales, manage sales team
  • Strong qualification on B to B (Business to Business) experienced; maintain main dealers, concern to business, be their business consultant, make dealers get high profit
  • Do market penetrations, good in people mgmt, emphasize customer satisfaction and increase their business profits
