We are a growing coal company in Indonesia currently looking for a high professional to be located in Jakarta and Jambi based for the following position:
HEAVY EQUIPMENT & DUMPTRUCK PROCUREMENT (Jakarta)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Having at least 3 years working experience in Procurement/ Purchasing
- Having good communication & negotiation skills
- Handling purchase order of spare part such as:
- Spare Part for CATERPILLAR (i.e. HD 777D, HD 777E, HD-773E, Greader 16H, Grader 140H, D8R Dozer, D9R Dozer, D10R Dozer, Roller CP563, Roller CS563, Compactor 815F)
- Spare Part for HITACHI (i.e. Excavator 2500, ZX870, ZX470, ZX330)
- Spare Part for KOMATSU (i.e. Dozer D-85-SS, Excavator PC1800, PC1250)
- IVECO Truck
HRD & GA Coordinator (Jambi based)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering
- 3 years experience as HR generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR arena
- Strong industrial relations skills and employee relations skills
- Strong supervisor, coaching skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and time management skills
- Good project management skills
- Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software
- Having basic knowledge of mining industry
