Administration Coordinator
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
o To ensure the smooth running of head office and project office, particularly on planning, coordinating and controlling all operations in related to administration functions (Finance & Accounting and Office Management)


Primary Responsibilities:
o Plans, directs, organizes and schedules the activities of accounting function
o Interprets various accounting data, analyzes reports and recommends and/ or initiates actions to be taken
o Ensure that financial statements, cash flows, and budgets are prepared in an accurate and timely manner
o Prepare company's financial performance at all times
o Solve problem, create procedures and continually improve internal system to ensure its effectiveness

Requirements:

Graduated min Bachelor Degree Accounting, Taxation or Management major from reputable university
Minimum 4 - 5 years’ experience in the same position
Excellent knowledge in accounting operational procedure and taxation
Holding Brevet A & B Tax Certification is preferable
Fluent in English (written and speaking) is a must
Computer literate
Good leadership skills
Possesses strong personal initiative, willingness to learn and able to work under minimum supervision
Must be willing to travel and work longer hours
Able to work under pressure and multitask
