Requirements:
Urgently require COO based in Indonesia to head the entire country’s operations of ongoing mining projects
Ideal candidate should have around 20-25 years of experience and hold a degree in Mining Engineering preferably with an MBA
Commercial and technical knowledge of Mining operations and logistics
Skills required: Project Evaluation –Techno Feasibility, Commercial feasibility
Represent the company in the whole of South East Asia
Must Maximize resource utilization for long term growth of the company
Should have sufficient experience to Export and Trading of minerals like Iron Ore, Coal, Manganese Ore, Zircon & Gold
Must be proficient in Budgeting, Project Planning, Technology Selection, Site Management, Project Monitoring, etc.
Experience in setting-up and planning plants and conversion processes
Should be aware of Indonesian laws concerning mining
Will be responsible for P&L of the company
