Currently we are seeking a high qualified individual to join our Marketing team as: Online Marketing Manager
Job Scope & Competencies:
·         Part of the Marketing team and responsible for the development of improved e-commerce and website environment and solutions
·         Creates and drives the vision, strategic development, deployment, and support of websites and integrated online marketing initiatives
·         The candidate will work with the Marketing Director to create and implement company’s e-customer strategy for public web site and email marketing, with measurable results
·         Have strong commercial and business acumen and mind
·         This role will focus on customer experience to build an exceptional user experience through web, mobile email and social media initiatives
·         Own and drive the evolution of websites, landing pages, micro sites and other online touch points to drive acquisition of new customers and the deepening and retention of existing relationships
·         Effectively manage internal resources and maintain internal working relationships with key areas of the organization including sales,  operations, and other areas of marketing
·         Analyze and report on key metrics and activities related to the marketing assets online
·         Experience with site search optimization and analysis, Adsense/adwords, web Analytics tools/Google Analytics, banner advertising
·         Experience with email marketing strategy and apps
·         Understanding of Web Design, Information Architecture and User Interface best practices is a must
·         Experience reporting and communication project status, has the ability to manage projects from strategy through execution
·         Minimum Bachelor’s degree
·         Resourceful, mature, result-driven
·         Minimum 7 years experience in interactive, digital and e-marketing solutions in agency, online or client side role. Min four years as Online Manager with impressive track record and achievements
