Requirements:
Male/Female
Interested applicants must have S2 degree in corporate finance with GPA > 3.4. In addition to the post-graduate degree in corporate finance, the applicants with S1 degree in accounting or other quantitative majors plus CFA certificate are highly preferred
Furthermore, the applicants shall have minimum 5 years of work experience as corporate finance specialists and/or managers in big corporations, investment banks, or securities companies
Previous exposure to and solid understanding of financial markets, fund raising, financial restructuring, and M&A transactions, are expected
