INPEX CORPORATION is an oil & gas exploration and production company based in Japan . The mission of INPEX is to provide a stable and efficient supply of energy to our customer by exploring and developing oil and natural gas resources throughout the world. In Indonesia , INPEX is acting as Kontraktor Kontrak Kerjasama (KKKS) with BPMigas for many upstream projects since 1966. INPEX is the operator of Masela Block (Abadi project) offshore Maluku, Arafura Sea , Indonesia . INPEX is pressing ahead with technical and engineering studies of the Abadi field development for future commercial Floating LNG production.

Secretary

Specific Requirement:

1. To perform secretarial duties that include composing letters, memorandum,   translation, updating and maintaining calendar, coordinating meetings, developing and maintaining filing system, stationers, maintaining records and preparing reports.
2. Strong filing and organizing skills. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
3. Must be able to work well in a team and willing to work hard with excellent communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to keep confidentiality and be flexible, independent, and could prioritize and manage multi assignments.
5. Has the ability to produce high quality work under deadline pressure.
6. Good looking and have pleasant personality.

General Requirements:

1. Female with min. age of 25 years old and at least 3 years experience gained preferably in the energy sector
2. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in English and Indonesia
3. Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
4. Preferably graduated from Secretarial Academy
5. Fluent and effective oral and written communication skill in Japanese is an advantage

2. Marketing Support (MS)

Requirements:

4. Possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills
5. Computer literate are compulsory
6. Be able to communicate in English, both spoken & written

8. Experienced and have a knowledge in export import is an advantage

3. Accounting (AC)

Requirements:

1. Female, Max 30 Years Old

2.   Min S1 Graduate majoring in Accounting

3.   Have at least 2-3 years experience in the similar position

4. Have an understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax regulation
5. Able to make financial statement analysis report
6. Computer literate are compulsory
7. Be able to communicate in English, both spoken & written
8. High discipline, motivation and responsible, fast learner and attention to detail

4. Sea Freight Documentation (SFD)

Requirements:

1. Female, Max 30 Years Old
2. Min D3 Graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Transportation Management or Communication
3. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
4. Computer literate are compulsory
5. Be able to communicate in English, both spoken & written
6. Self motivated, independent, able to work in a highly pressured environment and adapt to change
7. High discipline, motivation and responsible, fast learner and attention to detail
