Kualifikasi:

• Mempunyai pengalaman kerja dalam pembangunan rumah massal/ruko di developer perumahan seperti BSD, Agung Sedayu, dll.
• Mempu membuat perencanaan dan mengontrol project (schedule), budget/anggaran (RAP), RAB dan bisa berkordinasi secara team.
• Mempunyai inisiatif yang tinggi dan proaktif serta mampu menjalin kerja sama yang baik dengan semua pihak.

• Lulusan D3/S1 Tehnik Sipil, usia max 35 thn.
• Pengalaman diatas 2 thn diutamakan.

1. Paket Engineer (Nasional Indonesia)
Pendidikan:• Sarjana Teknik Mesin• 8 + tahun di desain Paket Peralatan Minyak dan Gas proyek tanaman industri, terutama LNG
Tanggung Jawab:Untuk memberikan evaluasi teknis dan review desain untuk Paket Peralatan dalam pengembangan topside
1. Paket Peralatan Desain• Meninjau Kontraktor "desain dan analisis kinerja untuk peralatan paket dan membuat rekomendasi untuk Insinyur Paket Sr• Bertahan hidup mengambang pertimbangan siklus diperhitungkan• Koordinasi jejak kaki dengan rekayasa struktural• Pastikan bahwa komponen tambahan termasuk dalam desain peralatan• Melakukan penilaian bahan Kompatibilitas untuk memutar peralatan dengan Spesialis Bahan• Menginformasikan keputusan utama dan perubahan dalam desain Peralatan Paket untuk Insinyur Peralatan Paket Sr
2. Teknis Jaminan dan Integritas• Pastikan integritas teknis alat paket aspek desain penting, mengingat masalah siklus hidup mengambang• Meninjau desain perhitungan sesuai kebutuhan• Melakukan penilaian kinerja dan kehandalan (yaitu poros analisis tegangan) untuk peralatan paket yang diusulkan; mengidentifikasi berarti untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kehandalan (yaitu jenis bantalan) jika mungkin• Bekerja dengan Operasi Pra-Produksi & Kelompok Pemeliharaan dalam pengembangan filosofi operasi dan pemeliharaan, prosedur operasional dan rencana integritas manajemen untuk peralatan paket

Perencanaan, Biaya dan Manajemen Risiko• Meminta dan review yang detail estimasi biaya dan jadwal yang disediakan oleh Kontraktor• Mengidentifikasi lama-lead item dan memastikan bahwa pesanan pembelian untuk item ini dijadwalkan pada waktunya untuk meminimalkan penundaan• Memantau kemajuan pekerjaan Kontraktor; menginformasikan penundaan mungkin dan merekomendasikan solusi yang tepat untuk Insinyur Peralatan Paket Senior• Memberikan masukan untuk FLNG penilaian risiko dan langkah-langkah mitigasi untuk Insinyur Peralatan Senior Statis• Memastikan pemenuhan semua antarmuka Proyek dan mengawasi pertukaran informasi antara bagian relatif
4. Kontraktor Manajemen• Pastikan Kontraktor yang berisi dokumentasi teknis yang lengkap termasuk laporan analisis untuk Paket Peralatan• Mengidentifikasi ruang lingkup dan mengembangkan spesifikasi untuk tahap EPC• Pastikan dokumen pengkajian desain teknis dan komentar yang tepat / rekomendasi
5. Kontribusi untuk tim• Berpartisipasi dalam Integrasi Sistem, rekan-rekan ulasan dan inisiatif lain yang diperlukan• Mendorong komitmen untuk perbaikan terus-menerus dan berbagi pengetahuan di antara bawahan
2. Hull perlengkapan Engineer (Nasional Indonesia)
Persyaratan:• Sarjana Teknik Mesin, Kelautan atau setara
