PAYROLL & REWARD MANAGER (CODE PRM)
(Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Manage and guarantee payroll operation, including benefits and taxes consistent policies.
Critically review and analyze current payroll, benefits and tax procedures in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations.
Communicate actively with Finance to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.
Ensure systems are set-up and updated to reflect our current employee base, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time in line with contracts.
Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.).
Analyze and calculate actual cost & cost impact of reward system components, such as: strategic reward, total rewards, financial & non financial rewards, valuing jobs through job evaluation and market pricing, grade and pay structure, pay progression through contigent and service-related pay schemes, recognition schemes and employee benefit & pension
Requirements:
Based in Surabaya office
Min. 5 years experience in Payroll & Reward and min. 2 years within a management role
Age max. 35 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from reputable university

Responsibilities:
The supply chain manager directs the process which includes the planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.
Familiar with forecast and Order processor.
The supply chain manager must communicate his needs and objectives to line managers and key personnel in procurement, development/manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
A good supply chain manager will train, develop, mentor and assist his subordinates in all of the departments that fall within the supply chain process.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong planning/project management skills.
Strong PC application skills. Including complement of Microsoft Office Software, with strong capabilities in Project and Access.
Experience in managing supply chain rationalisation and cost out initiatives.
Thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding production planning, inventory control, purchasing, logistics, stockroom operations, and shipping/receiving

Main Duty and Responsibilities:
Prepare accounting entries for: depreciation and amortization, accruals and deferrals, prepayments, capital and operating lease, all other general accounting entries.
Generates trial balance and prepares financial reports for management (weekly flash report and monthly report) and government compliance.
Update accounting master files such as : suppliers price, standard product pricing.
Prepare costing report and make the variance analysis report.
Performs other tasks such as: generation of Department expenses report, intercompany reconciliation, attends other management and financial report.
Qualification and Skill:
Male / Female, 25 - 35 years old (female is preferred).
Familiar with computers
Candidate must be graduated at least S1 majoring in faculty of Accounting preferably from reputable university
Self motivated, independent, able to work multi-tasking
Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
Min. Experience in the same position 5 years
Experience in handling Account Payable, Account Receivable, and other Finance & Accounting report.
Deep understanding about regulation according to tax, import & export regulation.
Hard worker and willing to work “extra mile” to meet daily deadlines.
Initiative and willing to change.
Experience in Transportation and Logistics Company is advantageous.
