Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the collection function in the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to minimize the level of bad debts through optimal portfolio management

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
Maximum age of 33 years old
Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experiences at similar position
Showing good leadership skill, systematic and strong analystical thinking, exceptional communication, interpersonal skill and high achiever
Ready to be assigned at any Indonesia region
