Operations General Manager - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
Operations General Manager will report to the Managing Director and accountable to manage and lead the whole SBU operations. Will be responsible for the overall performance of the company, execute and lead the company project as well as develop any improvement system and management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field
10 to 15 years solid operations management experience in energy services /FMCG/automotive
Track record of driving business growth and performance
Proven experience in BSC, Six Sigma, Total Quality methodology
People Management Skills
Possess Strong Analytical Skill
Driving people for results thought motivation, reward & punishment
Willing to work in the tough environment (Result Oriented)
Familiar with matrix organizational structures
Strong communication skills spoken & written (English compulsory)
Preferably Senior Management/General Manager/CEO/VP/Directors specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or equivalent.
