Responsibilities:
In charge of the overall hotel operations
Providing leadership, guidance, motivation, and direction to the management team to bring about the highest quality in standard and services
Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the business and able to manage the financial aspects of the operations
Plan, organize, attend and / or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings
As a member of the Executive Committee for the property, the General Manager is expected to help create and execute the financial objectives of the hotel
Requirements:
Male, minimum 42 and above years of age
At least 17 years working experience from reputable 4 - 5 star hotel
English speaking, added value to those who can speak Indonesian
Strong operational background with hands on attitude to daily operation
Implement budgets, optimize revenues and manage cost
Great team player, motivator and natural leader

Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting and long range planning
