JD Finance Manager

Stock & AR monitoring and management
Assist FD on working capital management
Implement and ensuring enforcement of SOP
Assist on FD on costing
Assist FD on Performance appraisal and financial analyst
Assist FD on designing and implementation of new systems and SOP
Assist FD on rationalization of finance and accounting job scope
Weekly Review of AR ageing, Stocks ageing and liason with sales and marketing
Liason with Internal and External auditor, bankers, tax

Requiretments:

Candidate must possess at least a degree (Accounting / Finance / Business) or relevan professional qualification
Minimum 8 years in as FM or woth relevant experience in business operations with least 3 years in the respective managerial capacities
Preference for those with experience with "big 4" risk assurance firm
Demonstrate strong communication skills and possess good report writing skills
Possess positive attitudes, hardworking and good analytical skills
Good command of computer literate

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for operations in finance & accounting, reporting, internal controls, taxation and general administration of the company and to ensure these operations are functioned effeciently and effectively.
Responsible for the completeness and timeliness reporting of monthly, quarterly and yearly closing, internal & external reporting.
Cost accounting, performance analysis, forecast and budget of the Company.
Cash flow management, banking activities, and financing matters

Requirements :

Male/ Female,
Minimum of 5 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing, taxation and providing financial advice
Have knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
Knowledge of economic principles, auditing practices and principles, applicable laws, codes and regulations
Advance knowledge in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
Good planning and organizing, strong communication skills, information and task monitoring, problem analysis, and judgment and problem-solving
Good Team player with integrity, interpersonal, good network, project flow and time management skill
Preferably work in industrial
Strong knowledge in numerical and analytical skills including good technical in taxation, financial reporting and accounting systems
Able to work under high pressure with tight deadline and work independently
Good leadership skill, honest, meticulous
