SENIOR MANAGER (Back Office) - BO
SENIOR MANAGER (Network Operation Centre) - NOC
Requirements:
- Male, Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication/ Engineering/ Management or related fields
- 7 years of working experience in Telecommunication industry, preferably in back office operation.
- Good knowledge in Access, Core and Transport Networks.
- Have management exposure and preferably have past experience in managing a group of operation team
- Analytical skills in preparing reports and experience in project management
- Experience in setting up a new performance management platform will be a added advantage (SM-BO)
- Experience in setting up a new surveillance management platform will be a added advantage (SM - NOC)
- Fluent in English is a must
Responsibilities (BO):
- Responsible for the delivery of Managed Service Projects. Implement effective O & M processes, procedures and establish work standards to manage customers’ network effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed SLA to fulfill the Company’s mission and customer requirements.
- Responsible for performing support to operation and maintenance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, IN, CRBT, TXN, RF and other VAS nodes.
- Ensure capacity monitoring and systems update is initiated to continuously upgrade network performances
- To prepare proposal, budgeting, cost control, monitoring & implementation of network performance
- Responsible to provide tier 2 support for all field related activities and faults concerning to radio access, transmission systems and core network.
- Network performance analysis and KPI reporting to customer
- To define CN & RF routines, schedules and reporting based on goals and priorities defined by Management & Control / Operations management.
- Management of network security system and manage security administration
- Contract management support and escalation with third party vendor/supplier.
Responsibilities (NOC):
- Responsible to manage overall operation of network operation centre and accountability for network security.
- Responsible for the delivery of Managed Service Projects. Implement effective O & M processes, procedures and establish work standards to manage customers’ network effectively and efficiently.
- Ensure service levels are achieved as per agreed SLA to fulfill the Company’s mission and customer requirements.
- Responsible on overall surveillance activities on MSC, SMSC, VLR, IN, CRBT, Transmission, RF and other VAS nodes.
- Ensure capacity monitoring and systems update is achieved within time frame to continuously upgrade network performances
- To prepare proposal, budgeting, cost control, monitoring & implementation of surveillance management
- Network performance analysis and KPI reporting. Coordinator for data management (Achieve and update network circuits)
- Administration of EMS / NMS system and support system management
- Management of network security system and manage security administration
- Coordination of working level agreement and escalation with third party vendor/supplier.
- Initiate network reporting and consolidation of overall performance administration
