Our Client, a multinational automotive manufacture company is seeking for the following position:
Remuneration Manager (RM – OTO)
Education : S1 all major, S2 will be advantaged
Age : Around 39 y-o
Exposure :
8 years in the similar area, preferred from multinational company (consumer good / automotive industry)
Expertise :
- Perform an outcome to developing and implementing organization’s remuneration policy
- Focus on up-to-date design and rolls competitive C & B Programs
- Establish reliable organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
- Strong character with integrity & self driven
- Excellent interpersonal skill & communication
- Mature in leadership, passion & result orientation
- Provide & responsible for implementing compensation policy
- Proposes the need to participate and/or conduct compensation surveys to determine market competitiveness level
- Analysis of market and organization compensation and benefit data
- Initiates all corporate C&B programs And able to provide advice to Top Management
- Designs and rolls competitive C&B programs
- Monitoring the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff
- Perform job analysis and evaluation exercise, the merit increase program, administration of benefits and perquisites
- Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector
- Identifying and determining the causes of personnel problems and developing recommendations for improvement
- Managing the payroll system; developing and maintaining personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation
