Hotel Spa Receptionist Urgently Required

Established primarily to partner hotel or resort spa enterprises and treatment centers, Shalira Spa® aims to take the tropical spa experience to luxurious new heights. With over 7 years experience in designing, opening, operating and marketing, Shalira Spa® currently operates 2 distinct Spas located in luxurious hotels in the Legian beach area.
Responsibility and description of tasks
Based in one of our spa, as a receptionist you will be welcoming all visitors, handling all incoming phone calls, following up on guests appointments and assisting the Spa Supervisor and/or Spa Manager.
Your job is to make visitors to the spa feel welcomed. You will handle the guest from arrival to the spa, selling treatments, explaining our menus and spa oils & products, make reservation, up-sell treatments. Make appropriate reporting to management and allocate therapists to guests and allocate treatment rooms.
You will also handle all incoming phone calls and follow up calls, especially for requests of appointments.
The receptionist is in charge of receiving and sending out all documents (mail, fax, messenger, etc.) and is responsible for the registration of all documents sent or received.
The receptionist will work under the supervision of the Spa Manager and/or Spa Supervisor and assist her.
Expected Profile
As a successful candidate, you are friendly and practical in your work routine. As a qualified candidate you will have the following profile:
- female
- min. D1 degree
- max. 27 years old
- well-groomed appearance
- polite and friendly with a good attitude
- excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- native Indonesian language skills, Excel in English and Japanese language, other languages are a plus
- computer literate (MS Office)
- pro-active approach to solve problems and settle assigned matters
- eager to learn new thing
- service-oriented, customer service satisfaction oriented and able to handle multitasks
- discipline, responsible, hard-worker
- ability to work well within a team and individuality
- willing to work in shift
