Technical Manager (TM) /Technical Consultant (TC)

The Technical Consultant (TC) works under the direction of the Technical Manager and The Technical Manager (TM) is under direction of Operation Director. The TC and TM are required to provide ongoing technical support to distribution channels and contribute towards preparation of sales presentations, tender responses and proposals

Main Responsibilities

Trial / Production cards
  • Creates, Initializes and Personalizes Specifications for smart cards
  • Prepares and checks of Personalization script files for card production factory
  • Handles Input/output Data and PIN mailers for Trial and Production cards
  • Delivers Trial card to customer
  • Coordinates Trial cards/Software development between Headquarter and factories to ensure smooth deliveries of end-products
  • Tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Manager/Operation Director from time to time

Customer Support
  • Liaises with customer on product requirement
  • Liaises with Customers/Vendors/ Factory on Technical issues
  • Resolves technical issues
  • Conducts technical training for customers
  • Provides on-site technical support
  • Answer to RFI/RFP/tender
  • Tasks as may be assigned by the Technical Manager/Operation Director from time to time

Qualifications

Education

Engineering degree in Electronic or Telecommunication. An additional degree in Business or Commercial engineering would be preferred

Skills
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good team work and networking skill
  • Good oral and written communication skill
  • Strong technical background in telecom, smart card, banking, security and others
  • Strong project management skill
  • Experience
  • At least 3 years working experience in smart card or technical environment

As Remittance Supervisor your responsibilities will include, authorizing incoming and outgoing IDR Clearing and RTGS remittances, depositing the same in respective client accounts and reconciling incoming and outgoing Clearing and RTGS against movement in the General Ledger (GL). This apart, you will be in charge of MIS/Statistics reports and overseeing the activities of your team.
