Strategic Preformance Management Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Build a measurement system that describe the strategy and break down planning of strategic management
Establish performance data in order to understand problems and facilitate to setup a series of strategic priorities (including Improvement and innovation initiatives)
Setup & Control company's Vision and the mission by clarifying the target of all the departments by using KPI‘s.
KPI system for Corporate Balance Scored and Block management System (MBS-BMS) department and the business process internal.
Analyze Strategic Business Units’ financial statements
Prepare detailed record of company assets, ensure accountability of company financial statements
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting background in reputable university (both local and overseas)
Has at least 5 years' experience in Big 4 Public Accountant Firm or multinational operation company
Have experience in similar role in insurance industry
Good analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions.
