[F&A] Finance & Accounting Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the Finance & Accounting Division and its activities that include financial accounting, cost and management accounting, credit control and taxation.
* Ensure timely submission and consolidation of monthly/quarterly management reports and analysis business information.
* Formulate and implement financial policies as well as internal control procedures.
* Budget planning, cash flow projections and reporting and all aspects of operational accounts.
* Compute & process all related payroll & taxation for employees.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance or Accounting and Tax or Audit area with min. 3 years of experience at managerial level in a medium to large company or group of companies. or equivalent. Job role in Management or Financial Accounting & Reporting.
* Good knowledge of PSAK.
* Familiar with SAP System
* Good Leadership skill and interpersonal understanding.
* High responsibility, Hard work and good motivation.
