Head of Accounting and Finance Department
(Sumatera Utara - Medan)

Responsibilities:

Job Description:
Uses professional accounting concepts and internal company policies to solve complex accounting issues including the maintenance of internal controls.
Participates in and implements monthly financial close
Prepares monthly management financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow summaries
Assign task and supervises team members or staff accountants to deliver reports by given deadline including general ledger, accounts payable and fixed asssets.
Reports directly to General Manager

Requirements:

Min Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably Master in Accounting or Finance
Min 10 years in accounting and preferably in transport companies and minimum 4 years experience in senior accounting level.
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for Singapore applicants and similar to that for applicants from other countries
Proficient in Accounting software
Dynamic coaching leadership skills
Able to work within tight deadlines
Work Location : Medan, North Sumatra
