Branch Manager (BM)

Responsibilities:
As Branch Manager you are responsible for all activities of branch operations include marketing, collection and operational. Responsible for achieving sales targets, AR stability and efficiency of branch operations.The creation of relationships and customer service well. Enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures. And also Increased competence of each employee in accordance with the demands of his position.
Requirements:
Male / Female max. 40 years old
Min. Bachelor Degree at any major
Having experience as a branch manager at the company's multi-finance min. 2 years or have experience as marketing head min. 3 years
Willing to work with the target
Having good leadership skills, problem solving and decision-making and have good ability to analyze and evaluate
Placement in Balikpapan, Bekasi, Cirebon, Palembang, Pontianak, Purwokerto, Samarinda, Semarang, Tasikmalaya, Tegal.
