PT NHF AUTO SUPPLIES INDONESIA is an automotive replacement parts distribution company with headquarters in Malaysia. PT NHF is a wholly owned subsidiary company of NEW HOONG FATT HOLDINGS BERHAD, a public listed company in Malaysia established for more than 30 years since 1977 with extensive experience in automotive replacement parts distribution throughout Malaysia and export to international market.

In line with our rapid expansion, we are setting up a distribution company in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are looking for highly motivated and committed individual who are ready to grow with us in line with our expansion plan.

Finance & Administration Manager/Supervisor
(Jakarta Raya - Pulo Gadung)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the accounting, tax and financial compliance works inclusive of reviewing, implementing and establishing effective controls and standard operating procedures in supporting business processes
Responsible for credit control management to ensure good cash flow.
Liaise with both internal and external parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, legal advisors, government bodies for statutory compliance and legislative requirements
Perform human resource operations like recruitment, payroll & employee relations
Manage all general administration functions and practices are in compliance to the company policy and guidelines.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of working experience preferably in trading company
Possess good knowledge of Indonesian taxation regulations
Strong leadership quality and high integrity in finance management
Good analytical, Problem Solving, Communication & organization skills
Computer skills: Microsoft Office - Excel (Advance) & Word (Intermediate)
Required language: English & Bahasa Indonesian (Spoken & Written). Able to speak and write Malay & Mandarin will be an added advantage
