Senior Finance Executive ( based in Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable and payable workflow
Monitor and reconcile direct bank credits
Resolve accounts receivable, customer and bank issues
Review backlog and cycle time reports to improve process flow times
Coordinate accounts and receipts, accounts payable and accounts receivable close
Co-ordinate month end closing
Prepare monthly financial management reports
Resolve vendor queries, vendor statements of accounts and payments executed to vendors
Process vendor invoices, check invoices with purchase orders, approval and GRNs, instruct bank payments, monitor payments term
Maintain full sets of accounts for companies within the Group, including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation and analysis and so on
Maintain weekly bank balance
Prepare monthly request for payment and obtain HQ approval
Cash flow forecast and monitoring
Monthly project accounting and monitoring
Prepare project invoicing reports and monitor receivables
Knowledge in MYOB & Accurate Accounting Software is a must

Requirements:
Availability: Immediately
Degree in Accounting Or Professional Accounting Qualification
At least 5 year experiences
Extensive hand on experience in Excel
