Operational Manager

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading, directing, motivating, and developing the Sales Representative and effective implementation of sales strategy and market penetration programs to ensure business result, growth and profitability. Continuously provide market analysis based on market dynamic and market intelligence to management in order to support formulation of program/action needed in field operations. Ensure implementation of operational excellence with discipline
Achieve expected business and financial result and growth by implementing sales in the area
Provide market information, analysis and recommendation as a basis to make decision or action

Requirements:

Male/ Female, maximum 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree of any related background from reputable university
Minimum 5 years experience in the same field in Retail Industry
At least as Area Manager or Leader is a must
Have an excellent knowledge in retail industry (Daily Operation)
Have a good leadership skill
Communication skill, Computer & English literate
Able to work independently & with team
Active personality & able to work under pressure
