LEGAL OFFICER
Requirements:
· Male/Female – Age max. 35 years old
· Holds Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law
· Has 2-3 years legal experience in coal mining company
· Experience including handling corporate legal, drafting and reviewing contracts, providing legal advisory to internal departments, and dealing with external/government institutions
· Has good communication and negotiation skills,
· Able to make draft contract in English and attention to details
· Fluent in English
