Team Leader (VP Level) for Commercial Banking
(Jakarta Raya)

We are currently working with a growing international bank that is looking for the right talent for the Team Leader (VP Level) to grow the business for the Commercial Banking. Working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director, this position reports directly to the Division Head and will be responsible for 3-4 Senior Relationship Managers. A strong player is needed, whom recognizes themselves as a ‘Hunter’ not a 'Farmer'. This position is exposed to overseas clients, thus high level confident, English proficiency and personality are imperative.

Requirements:
Holding at least bachelor degree in any degree, finance/business major is preferred
Having at least 10 years of experience in Commercial Banking is a must
Experience in handling large commercial clients (up to IDR 1,5 Trillion)
Experience in dealing with overseas business
In depth knowledge of credit and risk analysis
Ability to identify capital needs of corporate clients
Knowledge of business syndication
Understand products and capital resources, lending structure and risk management
Proven track record in achieving the sales target – result oriented
Strong Communication skill, presentation skill and persuasive
Competitive but honest, Trustworthy, and customer oriented
A supportive leader with ability to work in a team
